Chocolate chili lunch

I made a crockpot of chocolate chili last week and froze it in one cup and half cup containers. I brought potatoes and spinach. I cooked the potato, then the chili on top.and for the final minute threw a generous handful of spinach on top. Mix it all together for a hardy lunch.

My family thinks I ought to continue…

I saw my son this weekend. He said, “Mom, you should continue this way of eating.”

My youngest daughter said the same thing. My oldest daughter likes  the home cooking.

As for me, I am relaxing a bit about added sugar. Ketchup tastes too sweet. My homemade BBQ sauce tastes better.

I don’t want to go back to my old way of eating.
